How long will my order take?

During busier seasons, the turnaround time may vary. On average, custom orders take around 2-3 weeks. If you require your order in less than 2 weeks, please remember to include the Rush Fee!

What is the Rush Fee?

The Rush Fee is specifically created to prioritize your order, placing it at the front of the queue. It does not involve expedited shipping, but it accelerates the production process, allowing your order to be shipped sooner. Please remember that Priority Shipping still takes 2-3 days depending on your location, so please consider this when placing your order.

How much does shipping cost?

The shipping cost of your package is determined by its weight and the distance it needs to travel. When you proceed to checkout, you will be able to view the estimated shipping cost. Rest assured, we utilize USPS & FedEx to ship our packages and we will always provide tracking information and estimated delivery dates for all orders.

I want to add a photo, how much?

Free! Adding a photo to your party favors won't cost you anything extra. If the request is a bit too much, let's have a chat and figure it out together!

Can I order less than a dozen favors?

We understand that some parties are small, but all of our party favors are sold by the dozen. You have to order at least 12 but can cherish the extras as mementos!

I saw similar items at a lower price, can you offer a better deal?

Unfortunately not. We put a lot of effort into crafting and putting together each order to ensure it's perfect! You can be confident that you'll get great value for your money and our items will be a hit!

I can't find anything for this theme in store, can it still be done?

Absolutely! We love those elusive themes that are hard to find! Our party favors are truly unique and surpass anything you can find in a store!

Can I see a sample before I order?

No, but we have a wide variety of designs to see on our Instagram page and website. In order to make the most of everyone's time, you must place your order before we proceed with any personalized samples or mock-ups. Once your order is placed, we will begin working on a sample design to show you within a few days, At that time you the chance to make any necessary changes until it meets your expectations!

What are Philly Favs?

These items are exclusively available for local pickup because of their size. They are either too large or too delicate to be shipped, so we want to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. If you can make it to Philly, you'll be able to get your hands on these items!

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

No. Parties N Presents does not provide refunds or returns. Custom orders are made specifically for you, so once they are in production or have been shipped, they cannot be canceled, refunded, refused, or returned due to the unique nature of customized items. Should you encounter any problems with your order, please inform us promptly.
